DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides a high level HR service and strategic guidance to client groups Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures Regularly consults with management on HR matters Assists in the performance evaluation program and provides feedback Responsible for all aspects of recruitment for various levels within the organization Handles complex employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Facilitates coaching and collaborates with Talent Management to identify training needs Maintains and enters data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Compiles and analyzes information to provide management with useful, actionable reports Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, record keeping and reporting Performs other related duties as required and assigned SKILLS Proven ability to handle full cycle recruitment Considerable experience working with management handling employee relations Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and relationship management Skilled in identifying HR needs and implementation Excellent attention to detail Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities Ability to display sound judgement and provide strategic HR support QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong academic record or equivalent, relevant HR experience 5
years of recent HR experience in a progressively more complex HR role Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication Proven ability to work independently with good initiative Ability to travel to field offices with occasional overnight requirements Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred Valid Driver's License and acceptable pre-employment background and drug test Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Business Relationship Management Communication Human Resources Human Resources Information System (Hris) Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
